Situated on the water’s edge of Grimsby, the design of The Waterside House prioritizes the panoramic views of Lake Ontario and outdoor space on both levels. The client requested a functional design while committing to a design aesthetic that suits the beauty of the site. With warp around porches and expanses of glass The Waterside house offers cool breezes on hot summer days and shelter from the rain on cool fall evenings. To be built in 2023 – 2024.
