The Shore House

Situated near the breezy shores of Lake Erie, this modern farmhouse was the perfect fit for the client’s vision. As builders themselves, they were very particular about the design, looking to build a house that would not compromise on the aesthetic while keeping costs of construction in check. The result is an unpretentious home with a welcoming façade and simple rooflines to echo the simplicity and quiet of life on the shores of Lake Erie.
