The Village House

Situated in the heart of Caledonia, this young couple needed a house that was small, budget conscious, but one that didn’t feel hemmed in. We achieved this by employing a generous vaulted ceiling through the living room that transitions into a loft space above. The site constraints did not allow for a basement so the loft was essential for a growing family and additional hang-out space. At only 1559 sqft, the interior feels large with ample kitchen space and spacious living room. The Village House gave this couple all the space they needed and even offers space to grow.
